Job summary

Longchamp in Amsterdam (PC Hooftstraat) seeks a Sales Advisor – Visual Merchandising Ambassador to drive client service and maintain the boutique’s premium visual standard. You will engage clients across the full journey, build lasting relationships, and contribute to shared boutique KPIs through skilled clienteling.

You will execute HQ visual guidelines, manage daily displays, and lead seasonal changes with the Boutique Manager and HQ VM team, ensuring accurate pricing and a compelling in-store

Qualifications

• Solid retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
• Eye for visual detail and commercial judgement.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French or other languages are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, accompany, and advise clients across the full purchase journey with warmth and precision.
• Build lasting client relationships through clienteling and follow-ups.
• Contribute to boutique KPIs such as conversion and average transaction value.
• Guide clients toward alternatives when items are unavailable to secure sales.
• Own and maintain the boutique's visual standard and floor time.
• Execute HQ visual merchandising guidelines across windows and in-store zones.
• Lead seasonal layout changes and campaign installations with management and HQ VM.
• Keep price and signage accurate and current across the boutique.
• Read dashboards to inform display decisions based on performance.
• Monitor street-level standards and flag opportunities for improvement.
