Job summary

Diesel, in collaboration with OTB Group, is recruiting a Client Advisor for Bijenkorf Rotterdam. You will build meaningful client relationships and deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience in a luxury environment.

You will act as Brand Ambassador, stay up-to-date on trends, and drive sales through CRM initiatives, delivering high-end service to Dutch and international clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in luxury retail sales and clientelling.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Excellent communication and commercial mindset.
• Digitally aware and adaptable to new ways of working.
• Ability to interact with foreign clients.
• Passion for Diesel brand and heritage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist each client, delivering an in-store experience.
• Act as Brand Ambassador representing Diesel values.
• Build long-term client relationships through personal connections and CRM.
• Lead on the selling floor to maximize sales and drive results.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay updated on trends.
• Maintain a high luxury standard of shop floor visuals and stock procedures.
