Responsibilities

• Establish and implement action plans with Retail Manager to grow sales by product category and customer base.
• Manage staff shifts, turnover, and floor coverage to ensure optimal store operations.
• Act as brand ambassador to strengthen VIP client relationships and ensure CRM effectiveness.
• Coordinate omni-channel activities and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels based on sales trends.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Foster meaningful client relationships and execute selling ceremonies and visual standards.
• Plan daily and monthly sales objectives and ensure effective floor execution.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper facility management.
• Set up and maintain VMD aligned with guidelines.
