You will promote Prada’s brand philosophy and history, achieve individual and team sales targets, leverage CRM data for personalized service, and collaborate with back‑of‑house to maintain stock and a seamless omni‑channel journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury or premium brand.
• Strong knowledge of luxury customer service.
• Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, delivering exceptional service.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and Prada heritage.
• Capture client data in CRM to personalize service.
• Promote Omni Channel and virtual appointments.
• Work with Back of House and maintain stock room.
• Comply with procedures on security, cash, inventory.
• Collaborate with team to provide a consistent luxury experience.
• Resolve client complaints with manager support.
