Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium seeks a Spa Concierge for Akasha Spa in Amsterdam. You will welcome guests, guide the spa journey, and manage appointments to maximise efficiency while delivering personalized service.

This on-site role requires flexibility across rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. We value English fluency, luxury hospitality experience, and a strong sense of responsibility; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year experience as a Concierge/Receptionist in a Spa, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• Proficiency with reservations software and IT systems.
• A strong sense of responsibility: always follows up, is accurate and knows how to deliver exceptional and personalised service.

Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium is looking for a Spa Concierge to join our Akasha Spa team.

As Spa Concierge

you will be responsible for the following duties:

As a Spa Concierge, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 38 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and holidays), so flexibility is required for this position.

The name Akasha reflects a core vision to harmoniously unite the four basic elements of nature: earth, water, fire and air. This combination enables a transformational and balancing experience where body, mind and soul are fully aligned. Akasha is located in a 1000m2 area in the hotel, with 7 treatment rooms, a swimming pool, Watsu tub and private Hammam. This serene environment is ideal for our guests to relax and recharge. Akasha is open daily from 6:30AM until 10:00PM.

The team in Akasha consists of therapists, attendants, trainers and concierges. Akasha has been awarded five times Best Hotel Spa of the Netherlands. Within this role it is your goal to receive this award for the years to come!

As Spa Concierge We Expect From You
