Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Traffic employee to coordinate inbound and outbound transport within a brand-new European warehouse in Echt, Limburg. You will connect drivers, carriers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to ensure movements are accurate, timely and compliant.

You’ll work in a high-tech environment, performing both administrative and operational tasks, reporting to the Supervisor and contributing to daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

• I'MBO+ level education in logistics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound transport movements.
• Maintain contact with carriers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Welcome and assist drivers on arrival and departure.
• Assign dock/ gate positions to incoming trucks.
• Check and process transport documentation.
• Identify and follow up on deviations in transport processes.
• Prepare reports and process data in systems and Excel.
• Ensure accurate administrative processing of transport flows.
