Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations in the Limburg region. You will coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, and work with warehouses and carriers to optimize transport efficiency.

The role includes maintaining shipment records and communicating status to customers. A Bachelor’s in Logistics or related experience is preferred, with strong organizational and English communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics, experience as a supervisor is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) or other relevant software.
SAP experience beneficial but not mandatory.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily transportation operations within the warehouse.
Monitor and track shipments; take action on delays.
Work with warehouse teams and carriers to improve transport efficiency.
Maintain accurate shipment documentation (invoices, delivery notes, transport logs).
Communicate with customers about shipment status and delivery times.
