Job summary

Arvato Echt is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a modern European logistics center. You will ensure KPI attainment, supervise staff, and align Operations with Workforce and Support departments.

You’ll work shifts (early/late/day) and may include weekend work based on needs. Experience with Excel and SAP is preferred; strong leadership and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MBO level with experience or HBO starter.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor.
• Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP).
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily warehouse operations to meet KPIs.
• Lead daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing.
• Monitor and adjust processes throughout the day.
• Manage staff scheduling with Workforce Planning.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high performance.
