Job summary
Arvato is seeking an hands-on Assistant Supervisor in Puttershoek to drive daily warehouse operations in a highly automated facility. You will coordinate activities, lead a 20–30 person team, and maintain an overview of processes and priorities on the floor, reporting to the Supervisor and collaborating with Workforce.
The role requires 1 year in logistics, experience with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP), and strong English skills.
Qualifications
- MBO level or equivalent education.
- 1 year of experience in logistics.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Strong coordination and helicopter view.
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and assign work.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a 20–30 person team.
- Create and adjust daily planning based on volumes and staffing.
- Monitor KPIs and act on deviations.
- Prepare daily reports and share insights with the Supervisor.
