Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Several years in warehouse management or leadership
• Experience leading multiple teams via Supervisors
• Strong KPI management and data-driven decision making
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement
• ERP/WMS experience (SAP or similar)
• Change leadership in dynamic environments
• Good command of English

Responsibilities

• Lead Supervisors and operational teams to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity and service.
• Analyze operations data and translate to improvement actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in a highly automated warehouse.
