Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Lelystad to lead multiple Supervisors and drive operational excellence in a highly automated warehouse. You’ll shape performance, coach teams, and collaborate with support departments to optimize capacity and ensure safety, quality, and timely service.

You’ll work in a dynamic, international logistics environment with opportunities for growth and development through extensive L&D programs and a path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Several years of experience in warehouse management or a comparable operational leadership role.
• Experience leading multiple operational teams through Supervisors.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing operational KPIs.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP or similar).
• Willing to work in 2-shift structure with additional allowance.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing Supervisors and their teams.
• Monitoring KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and service.
• Analyzing performance data to drive improvements.
• Driving continuous improvement in a highly automated warehouse.
• Collaborating with Workforce Planning and other departments to optimize capacity.
