Job summary

Hanshow is a global leader in ESL and digital store solutions, seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage daily European logistics operations. You will review orders, oversee inbound/outbound activities, monitor inventory, and coordinate with warehouses and service providers to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.

The role requires 1–3 years in cross-border logistics, familiarity with OMS/WMS/TMS, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years cross-border logistics or international supply chain experience.
• Familiar with OMS, WMS, TMS or similar logistic systems.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; Chinese and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Europe logistics: orders, inbound/outbound, inventory.
• Track order flow in OMS/WMS to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate inbound activities, transfers, and data reconciliation.
• Handle outbound tasks: picking, delivery orders, POD, confirmations.
• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timeliness.
• Resolve transportation exceptions and optimize solutions.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily logistics operations in Europe, including order review, inbound and outbound operations, inventory monitoring, and exception handling.
• Follow up on order flow in OMS/WMS systems to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate warehouse inbound activities, exception feedback, inventory transfers, and inventory data reconciliation.
• Follow up on outbound tasks, including picking orders, delivery orders, POD collection, and delivery confirmation.
• Coordinate with warehouses, operations teams, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure delivery timeliness and service quality.
• Handle exceptions during transportation, including delays, lost shipments, customs clearance issues, and other logistics incidents.
• Follow up on order delivery for key countries or regions, and support the optimization of logistics solutions and fulfillment efficiency.
• Complete other logistics operation-related tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in cross-border logistics, overseas warehousing, or international supply chain operations.
• Familiar with warehouse operation processes and the use of OMS, WMS, TMS, or other logistics systems.
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to independently use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas for data analysis.
• Familiar with international logistics shipping processes; experience in overseas warehousing or cross border e-commerce logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive issue resolution across departments.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international logistics channels such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or similar service providers.
