Job summary

Hanshow is a global leader in ESL and digital store solutions, seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage daily European logistics operations. You will review orders, oversee inbound/outbound activities, monitor inventory, and coordinate with warehouses and service providers to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.

The role requires 1–3 years in cross-border logistics, familiarity with OMS/WMS/TMS, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics or related field.
1–3 years cross-border logistics or international supply chain experience.
Familiar with OMS, WMS, TMS or similar logistic systems.
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; Chinese and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Europe logistics: orders, inbound/outbound, inventory.
Track order flow in OMS/WMS to ensure timely processing.
Coordinate inbound activities, transfers, and data reconciliation.
Handle outbound tasks: picking, delivery orders, POD, confirmations.
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timeliness.
Resolve transportation exceptions and optimize solutions.
