ViewSonic Europe is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support daily logistics operations across Europe. This role coordinates transportation, monitors shipments, and supports warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery.

You will work with 3PLs, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain data accuracy, optimize processes, and uphold service levels in a fast-paced international environment.

ViewSonic Europe is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support daily logistics operations across Europe. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation activities, monitoring shipments, supporting warehouse operations, maintaining logistics data accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, warehouses, customer service teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable logistics execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across Europe.
• Arrange transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment execution according to customer requirements.

2. Logistics Operations Support

• Support daily logistics activities to ensure smooth product movement.
• Coordinate with warehouses and transportation providers regarding shipping schedules.
• Assist with shipment prioritization during peak periods and urgent customer requests.
• Monitor logistics service performance and escalate issues when necessary.

3. Warehouse & 3PL Coordination

• Act as a key contact for third-party warehouses and logistics providers.
• Monitor warehouse activities including inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and inventory movements.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock transfer processes.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Verify shipping information and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Support resolution of order-related logistics issues.
• Ensure customer delivery requirements are met.

5. Logistics Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation.
• Ensure transportation and customs documentation is accurate and complete.
• Support compliance with European transportation regulations and company policies.
• Maintain logistics records and documentation for audit purposes.

6. ERP & Data Management

• Update and maintain logistics transactions within ERP systems.
• Ensure shipment and inventory data accuracy.
• Support EDI transaction monitoring related to logistics activities.
• Generate logistics reports and maintain operational records.

7. Reporting & KPI Monitoring

• Track and report logistics performance indicators.
• Monitor delivery performance, shipment status, and logistics exceptions.
• Support root cause analysis for recurring operational issues.
• Assist with logistics cost and service performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and service quality.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation of new logistics processes, systems, and tools.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
