Job summary

Growatt New Energy in the Netherlands is seeking a logistics and inventory specialist to manage receiving, storage, stocktaking, and repair of devices, spare parts, batteries and returned units.

You will coordinate cross-border shipments across Europe, update tickets, maintain repair records, and work with R&D, Sales, Customer Service and European teams. Dutch base required; English/Chinese proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong execution, learning, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Chinese proficiency is required; English and/or Dutch language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, scanning, storage, stocktaking, and inventory control for devices, spare parts, returned units, and batteries.
• Handle shipment, delivery, and cross-border inventory allocation of replacement units and spare parts across Europe.
• Coordinate the collection, registration, sorting, warehousing, repair return, and return shipment of faulty equipment and batteries.
• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish returned and faulty equipment, maintaining complete repair records.
• Update and close service tickets, maintain repair and inventory data, and collaborate with R&D, Sales, Customer Service, and European teams.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory management, after-sales logistics, or equipment repair.
• Familiar with receiving, dispatching, stocktaking, and inventory-record procedures; proficient in Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong execution, learning, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Chinese proficiency is required; English and/or Dutch language skills are preferred.
