Job summary
GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager in Eindhoven to lead teams across Inventory Control, Customer Service and WMS Key Users. The role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic planning and continuous improvement.
You will drive performance, manage multiple projects with a focus on cost efficiency and customer satisfaction, and lead initiatives in Lean, automation and digital solutions to enhance site results.
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in logistics or related field.
- Proven track record leading teams and driving performance.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with milestones and budgets.
- Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple teams across Inventory Control, Customer Service and WMS Key Users.
- Drive continuous improvement and runtime performance through KPIs and root-cause analysis.
- Own onsite customer relationships and lead major customer projects and escalations.
- Drive Lean, Kaizen and automation initiatives to improve productivity and costs.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver commitments and GXO objectives and plan site initiatives.
