Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a driven Business Support Manager for our Bergen op Zoom warehouse. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure operations align with contractual and operational agreements, serving as the essential link between daily activities and logistical processes.

You will safeguard and optimize process flows, develop your team, drive innovations and automation, and report to the Site Manager as a strategic sparring partner while fostering CI and Lean culture on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics or industrial engineering.
• Experience with (engineering) projects and leading teams.
• Strong English communication; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with LEAN methodologies.
• Ability to optimize processes and drive innovation in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team to support warehouse operations.
• Manage customer agreements at the site and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Safeguard and optimize process flows within the supply chain.
• Develop and implement innovations and automation.
• Report to Site Manager and act as a strategic sparring partner.
• Promote CI and Lean culture on site.
