Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse/operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly workload and priorities to meet KPI targets.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Monitor performance, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean initiatives and standardization across operations.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers on daily topics.
