Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Business Unit Engineer to support multiple sites across Eindhoven and Venray. You will translate operational data and customer requirements into practical supply chain solutions, designing layouts, processes and equipment needs.

You will partner with customers and site teams to validate requirements and drive scalable improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration across functions, implementation oversight, and continuous improvement to deliver

Qualifications

Strong experience in an engineering role within logistics/manufacturing.
Experience in a 3PL environment is advantageous.
Good understanding of automation, robotics and process improvement.
Experience with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational data and translate requirements into scalable supply chain solutions.
Design facility layouts, operating processes and equipment requirements.
Collaborate with customers, site teams and stakeholders to validate requirements and provide recommendations.
Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional project teams and assess logistics impact of plans.
Develop SOPs with HR, IT and Operations and support implementation.
Monitor progress and ensure delivery within quality, time and cost budgets.
