Job summary

The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company is recruiting an organized Administrator to support our logistics operations in Tilburg, ensuring shipment information is accurate, documents are processed on time, and stakeholders stay informed.

Working closely with warehouse teams, carriers, Customs, and internal partners, you will contribute to reliable order flow, data management, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics administration or similar environment.
• Proficient with WMS and reporting tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, collaborative, and quality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process inbound and outbound shipment documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain shipping records, manifests, reports, and other admin documentation to support operations.
• Monitor shipment activity and identify, report, and help resolve issues.
• Collaborate with carriers, Customs, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to support order flow.
• Respond to operational requests and changing priorities while maintaining service levels.
• Support troubleshooting and contribute to process improvements.
• Follow company procedures, QEHS requirements to ensure compliant operations.
