Position: Logistics Export Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Export Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing export logistics, supporting cross-border e-commerce operations, and ensuring efficient and timely shipments from our warehouse to destinations worldwide. The ideal candidate will have expertise in export management, logistics, and cross-border e-commerce, with strong language skills in English, Proficiency in additional languages (Dutch/French/ Chinese) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the export logistics process to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers
• Coordinate with warehouses, airlines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to facilitate smooth export operations
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all export documentation and customs filings
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Provide logistical support to the cross-border e-commerce team, addressing and resolving any logistics-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company and international export regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in export management, logistics, or cross-border e-commerce
• Proven experience working with airlines and freight forwarders in the export sector
• Proficiency in English is a must, with additional fluency in Dutch, French, or Chinese is a plus
• Strong understanding of export processes and international trade regulations, with experience in customs documentation and clearance
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with various teams
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics management systems is an advantage
