We are seeking a talented Group Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis at the GLS Global Headquarters in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with GLS global business objectives and support regional initiatives.

This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 6 months, providing coverage during a team member’s absence. If you’re looking for a short-term opportunity to make an impact with a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

You will:

• Create and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with GLS's overall business objectives and support countries' product marketing initiatives
• Cross functional collaborate with country and group functions to conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates and ensure successful product launches
• Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates GLS solutions from group level
• Plan and execute global product launches, coordinating with regional teams to ensure successful rollouts
• Collaborate with local markets to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption
• Support sales functions to develop sales tools, training materials, communicating product value propositions
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

You have:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant product marketing and project management experience, while logistics industry experience will be a plus
• Expert knowledge of Office suite, project management methodologies and tools
• Experience working with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot etc.
• Good skills of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
• Good market sensitivity with demonstrated ability of analytical, problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Open, positive and empathic attitude
• Fluency in English and preferably in another European language
