Job summary
Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Logistics Engineer to design, improve, and optimize logistics processes and material flows across production and supply chain operations. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and performance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics engineering, with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics engineering or related roles.
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP EWM preferred.
- Comfortable in a dynamic high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize logistics processes and material flows, ensuring alignment with production requirements and future business growth.
- Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, inventory management, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on SQDCP principles.
- Lead and support LEAN projects, applying methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
- Define, monitor, and improve logistics KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
