Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Logistics Engineer to design, improve, and optimize logistics processes and material flows across production and supply chain operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics engineering, with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics engineering or related roles.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP EWM preferred.
• Comfortable in a dynamic high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize logistics processes and material flows, ensuring alignment with production requirements and future business growth.
• Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, inventory management, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on SQDCP principles.
• Lead and support LEAN projects, applying methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
• Define, monitor, and improve logistics KPIs to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize logistics processes and material flows, ensuring alignment with production requirements and future business growth
• Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, inventory management, resource utilization, and cost efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQDCP) principles
• Lead and support LEAN projects, applying methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven problem solving
• Define, monitor, and improve logistics KPIs to ensure operational excellence.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in logistics engineering, supply chain optimization, manufacturing, or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP EWM is highly preferred
• Comfortable working in a dynamic high-tech manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
