Job summary
Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Supplier Account Lead to build and maintain strategic supplier relationships while ensuring performance, continuity, and continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will lead a team of Supply Coordinators, act as the main escalation point for supplier issues, and drive initiatives to improve supplier performance and supply chain resilience.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in supplier management, sourcing, or procurement in high-tech manufacturing.
- Experience leading and developing teams with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive supplier performance, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
- Act as primary escalation point for supplier-related issues and risks.
- Lead a team of Supply Coordinators and translate goals into actionable priorities.”
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supplier base and processes.
- Monitor supplier quality, delivery reliability, responsiveness and overall performance.
- Negotiate with suppliers on performance, commitments and long-term collaboration strategies.
