Qualifications

• HBO or university degree in logistics, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with logistics operations, warehousing, or supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into practical improvements.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, independent, and able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiency.
• Analyze data and performance trends to support decisions.
• Design and map warehouse processes, layouts, and workflows.
• Lead and support implementation of new processes.
• Drive Lean initiatives like Kaizen events and 5S.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for improvement.
