Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to elevate our supply chain operations in a fast-growing, high-tech environment. You will oversee tactical execution and strategic development, translating growth and customer demand into scalable plans while ensuring delivery reliability and KPI performance.

You will lead a team, balance capacity and inventory, and collaborate with Business Lines, Operations, Sourcing, and Procurement to optimize end-to-end supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience managing global supply chains in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience bridging commercial, operational and supply chain priorities across stakeholders.
• Experience translating growth forecasts into supply chain plans.
• Industrial Electronics Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic development of the supply chain aligned with growth objectives.
• Interface between Business Lines and Operations, translating demand into execution.
• Align capacity, inventory and supply chain with roadmaps and growth plans.
• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Lead and develop the Tactical Planning team.
• Balance demand and supply with capacity and resource planning.
• Coordinate with S&OP to align operations with business goals.
• Coordinate with Sourcing and Procurement for material availability.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and escalations.
• Own delivery performance and supply chain KPIs (OTD, service levels, inventory, forecasting).

As Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for both the tactical execution and strategic development of the supply chain. You lead Tactical Planning, balance demand and capacity, and act as a key link between Business Lines and Operations. By translating business growth ambitions, customer demand, and product roadmaps into scalable operational plans, you ensure delivery reliability, flexibility, and long-term supply chain performance in a dynamic high-tech environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Driving the strategic development of the supply chain in line with business growth objectives
• Acting as the key interface between Business Lines and Operations, translating commercial demand into operational execution
• Aligning capacity, inventory and supply chain strategies with business line roadmaps and growth plans
• Leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations
• Leading and developing the Tactical Planning team
• Balancing demand and supply while ensuring effective capacity and resource planning across the value chain
• Driving effective collaboration with the S&OP process to ensure alignment between operational planning and business objectives
• Ensuring close coordination with Sourcing and Procurement to secure material availability and supply continuity
• Managing cross-functional stakeholders and leading escalations to timely resolution
• Owning delivery performance and supply chain KPIs, including OTD, service levels, inventory performance, forecasting and data-driven decision-making.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in managing complex global supply chains in a high tech manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to bridge commercial, operational and supply chain priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Experience translating business strategy and growth forecasts into supply chain and operations plans
• Experience in Industrial Electronics Manufacturing is a plus
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (preferably with experience in SAP)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively at strategic, tactical and operational levels
• Combining strategic thinking with a hands‑on and execution‑oriented mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
