DSV Road GmbH in Almelo is seeking a Logistics Process Engineer to drive improvements across our warehouses. You will translate customer needs into concrete requirements and design practical logistics solutions that add value for both customers and operations.

You will work in a hands-on, cross-functional team, collaborating with colleagues across sites while growing your expertise in process optimization and data analysis.

Qualifications

• It takes a bachelor's degree in logistics management, supply chain, (industrial) engineering or business administration.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (process improvement, change management or engineering).
• Experience with logistics data analysis and affinity with WMS or ERP systems.
• Strong command of Dutch and English.
• Persuasiveness and the ability to uncover the real issues behind the questions.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyses and translates processes into concrete improvements.
• Shifts between operators and management and communicates clearly.
• Translates customer requests into clear requirements and priorities.
• Designs and improves logistics processes that add value for customers and operations.
• Participates in automation, customer implementations and process optimization projects.
• Standardizes and professionalizes departmental processes and strengthens collaboration with partners.
