Job summary

Workwize in Amsterdam is seeking Operations Interns to help manage the catalog and supplier workflows for 5–6 months. You will own core tasks from day one, including supplier order confirmations, catalogue data quality, and supplier performance scoring, while learning how our global 100+ country operations are executed.

This role values analytical ability, ownership, and comfort with data tools like Excel/Sheets, SQL or Python, and low‑code automation (n8n, Make, Zapier).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.
• Previous internship, project, or role with real operational data is a strong plus.
• Interest in B2B hardware or marketplace operations is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier order confirmations end-to-end within a 24-hour SLA.
• Maintain catalogue data quality across suppliers and regions.
• Own the supplier performance scorecard and present findings.
• Measure workflow metrics and drive improvements with data.
• Document SOPs, playbooks, and checklists for the workflow.
• Coordinate with Ops, Finance, CS, Product, and suppliers/distributors.
