Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Venray is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers, handling issues and coordinating with warehouse, carriers, suppliers and clients.

You will lead the Customer Service team, report to the Office Supervisor, and participate in weekly operational meetings, with working hours from 08:00 to 18:00 at one of our Venray locations. A proactive, analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking.
• Professional attitude towards customers in a B2B environment.
• Professional proficiency in the English language.
• Team leadership and coordination experience.
• Strong skills in working with automated systems and Microsoft Office applications; Advanced Excel desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
• Leading the bi-weekly complaint meeting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the customer’s logistics team and end customers.
• Managing and supporting the Customer Service team.
• Reviewing and completing the customer’s monthly invoicing process.
• Analyzing process issues and providing efficient solutions.
• Handling inquiries and complaints accurately and timely.
• Analyzing KPIs and initiating improvement proposals.
