Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Customer Service Employee at Venray to be the first contact for customers, inform them about goods flow status and handle administrative processing. You will coordinate with warehouse and customers, addressing challenges collaboratively and maintaining KPIs.

You join a team of 5–10 in a dynamic, results-driven atmosphere with room for growth, reporting to the Office Supervisor. Working hours vary 08:00–18:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in service-oriented roles.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Good command of English in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor handling of orders by the warehouse team.
• Prepare, process and check required documents per guidelines.
• Manage administration of customer data, complaints and KPIs.
• Maintain good customer relationships with timely information and updates.
• Contribute to LEAN improvement projects (5S, Kaizen).
