Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join the launch of a 100,000 square meter warehouse. You will coordinate international transports, manage carrier communications, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries at our new Puttershoek location.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, execution excellence, and contributing to one of Europe’s most modern logistics centers from the start with clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management or Transport Coordination.
• Available to work in a 2-shift system.
• Experience with Transport Planning systems.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and call off transport capacity based on customer requirements in the B2B area.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and handle (inter)national transports and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain operational contact with carriers and internal stakeholders on shipment status.
• Trigger unloading permits with customs and check truck documents.
• Prepare transport-related reports for internal and external use.
• Assign correct gate to driver and break container seals before unloading.
• Ensure end-of-day shipments are completed and sent.
• Prepare documents for export and customs logistics where needed.

YOUR TASKS

• Calculate and call off transport capacity based on customer requirements in the B2B area;
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and handle (inter)national transports and making sure pick ups and store deliveries are on time;
• Maintain operational contact with carriers and internal stakeholders regarding the status of shipments;
• Trigger the unloading permit with customs, and check the documents of the arriving and leaving trucks;
• Prepare various transport-related reports for both internal and external use;
• Assign the right gate to the truck driver and break the seal of the container before unloading;
• Make sure at end of day everything is shipped out;
• In terms of export and customs matters, make sure all documents are prepared in time and added to the right order.

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and or Transport Coordination;
• Available to work in a 2-shift system;
• Experience with Transport Planning systems;
• A good understanding of Microsoft Excel;
• Experience in internal and external communication with different stakeholders;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.

• A salary between €2,447 and €3,220. We top it off with 8% holiday allowance and discounted gym memberships;
