SanLucar Company in Ridderkerk, Netherlands seeks a Sales Support Coordinator to link customers, sales teams, logistics, and warehouse operations for flawless order execution. You will supervise orders, maintain data accuracy, and coordinate daily with transport and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in commercial administration, fluent English, and strong Excel/Outlook skills; Dutch or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Spanish a plus.
• At least 3–4 years in commercial administration or similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Dynamics AX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and track client orders from creation to delivery.
• Ensure accurate data management in internal systems.
• Coordinate daily with transport and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Address and resolve incidents or claims quickly and professionally.
• Oversee order-to-delivery process and ensure correct execution at each step.
• Guarantee efficient logistics coordination and internal administrative accuracy.
• Follow up on issues affecting order execution and timely reporting.
• Maintain transparent, solution-oriented communication internally and with customers.
• Serve as a key contact point for customers with excellent service levels.

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring Along

• MBO or HBO in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain or a related field.
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in commercial administration in a similar position.
• Experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is a plus
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
