Job summary

Artipoppe in Lexmond, the Netherlands, seeks a Logistics Coordinator for 24 hours per week to manage shipments, order flow and inventory across warehouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, order management or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a helicopter view while managing operational details.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and highly organized.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from warehouse to customers and wholesale partners.
• Plan and monitor outbound deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Work closely with logistics service providers, freight forwarders and warehouse partners.
• Resolve transportation issues, delivery delays and shipment discrepancies.
• Monitor shipping costs and support logistics efficiency initiatives.
• Manage the operational flow of customer and wholesale orders from order confirmation through delivery.
• Ensure accurate order processing in ERP and related systems.
• Coordinate order priorities with warehouse partners to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support returns and reverse logistics processes when required.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements across warehouses.
• Support inventory planning by aligning stock availability with demand forecasts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist with inventory reporting, stock counts and warehouse reconciliation activities.
• Act as the operational point of contact between Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance and Logistics partners.
• Ensure alignment between inventory availability, warehouse capacity and shipment schedules.
• Support new product launches and coordinate logistics readiness.
• Collaborate with external logistics providers to maintain service levels.

In this role, you are responsible for:

Logistics & Transportation Coordination
