As a Logistics Coordinator, you support the Order to Cash process by managing the total order flow with the aim of customer satisfaction. Customers receive their orders on time and within specifications. You operate in line with internal Bugaboo processes and procedures, and SOP as agreed with the 3PL.

You are part of the Customer Operations team and report to the Customer Operations Manager.

What will you do

Ensure excellent order entry management for sales, service, and non-standard orders (e.g., key accounts, product seedings, trade fairs). Manage outbound, return, inbound, and backorder processes within set lead times. Ensure correct and timely delivery within customer specifications, with necessary paperwork for shipments;
Manage (new) customers and specifications to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction;
Participate in logistics-related discussions in Sales/Operations/Finance meetings. Collaborate with credit control, customer service, and sales teams to ensure optimal shipping and delivery;
Maintain a strong partnership with the service department as a single point of contact;
Be a business partner for our retailers and ensure excellent customer service. Independently run process or system improvement initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.

What you will bring to the table

Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of Salesforce and ERP systems;
Ability to document processes in process-flow diagrams; strong analytical skills;
Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics/Operations Management.
