Job summary

Artipoppe is seeking a part-time Logistics Coordinator (Amsterdam/Lexmond) for 24 hours per week. You will oversee logistics, order and warehouse coordination, and inventory management across multiple warehouses in the Netherlands.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales and Finance, manage ERP data, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-effective logistics solutions while ensuring timely deliveries to customers and wholesale partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, order management or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a helicopter view while managing operational details.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and highly organized.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from warehouse to customers and wholesale partners.
• Plan and monitor outbound deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Work closely with logistics service providers, freight forwarders and warehouse partners.
• Resolve transportation issues, delivery delays and shipment discrepancies.
• Monitor shipping costs and support logistics efficiency initiatives.
• Manage the operational flow of customer and wholesale orders from order confirmation through delivery.
• Ensure accurate order processing in ERP and related systems.
• Coordinate order priorities with warehouse partners to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support returns and reverse logistics processes when required.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements across warehouses.
• Support inventory planning by aligning stock availability with demand forecasts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist with inventory reporting, stock counts and warehouse reconciliation activities.
• Act as the operational point of contact between Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Sales, Finance and Logistics partners.
• Ensure alignment between inventory availability, warehouse capacity and shipment schedules.
• Support new product launches and coordinate logistics readiness.
• Collaborate with external logistics providers to maintain service levels.
• Maintain accurate logistics, inventory and shipment data across systems.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, delivery performance, shipping costs and operational KPIs.
• Analyze logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support stakeholders with operational insights and reporting.
• Manage the team on the floor.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics, warehouse and fulfillment processes.
• Support implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to optimization projects across the supply chain network.
