Job summary

Medtronic, a global healthcare leader, is hiring a Logistics Analyst to elevate delivery performance across its EMEA operations from the Heerlen distribution hub. You will focus on outbound processes while supporting inbound and warehouse management, driving process improvements and cross-functional communication.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics operations, strong analytical and SAP ERP skills, and proficient MS Office usage.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics operational environment.
Demonstrated analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
Proficient SAP ERP experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Strong written and spoken English; Dutch language preferred.
Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Minitab, Celonis) is advantageous.
Effective communication and change management abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize outbound and inbound processes to remove bottlenecks and waste.
Act as a liaison between Customer Care and Operations to align priorities and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and support audits.
Provide operational support and diagnose recurring issues, initiating corrective actions.
Identify opportunities using analytic techniques and lead improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
Define and maintain performance indicators and reporting; translate global projects to local processes.
