Job summary

Tiqets in the Netherlands is hiring a Copy Quality Project Manager to lead localization quality across products and experiences. The role focuses on execution, QA, and automation with close collaboration with product, development, and data science teams.

You will define guidelines, manage localization projects (Product, B2B, UX), research and plan feedback loops, and drive improvements to content localization tools and processes. This is a hybrid role in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in localization PM or specialist role.
• Analytical mindset with experience building Looker (or similar BI) dashboards.
• Curious about AI and eager to explore new tools to improve workflows.
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders across all seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee localization initiatives and ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and quality across languages and markets.
• Maintain localization copy quality standards for products and experiences.
• Monitor machine translation quality across languages.
• Coordinate tasks to address product translation issues promptly.
• Coordinate ad-hoc translation requests from internal stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external localization vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Update Tiqets localization guidelines across all supported languages.
• Continuously track and optimize localization processes for efficiency and quality.
• Define metrics to track localization quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Data Science teams on AI-based localization tools.
