Itproposal is seeking a Quality Manager (QA/QC Specialist) in Amsterdam to lead QA and QC activities within a large data quality program for pension administration. The role combines testing, risk assessment, and documentation across the quality management lifecycle.

The position requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to travel as needed. Initial onboarding is full-time in the Amsterdam office, followed by a hybrid pattern with travel to Heerlen every

Competenze

• Completed HBO or WO-level education.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience performing and documenting testing activities in a QA/QC environment.
• Experience in quality management, audit, risk management, QA or QC.
• Experience in the financial sector in a comparable role.

• Organize, coordinate, and execute QA and QC assessment activities.
• Plan and perform testing and quality assessment activities per established processes and standards.
• Document QA/QC activities and results clearly and accurately.
• Review findings and identify quality or process-related risks.
• Consult with teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Align findings with relevant stakeholders and prepare reports on outcomes.
• Monitor follow-up of findings and corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
