The ideal candidate communicates clearly in Dutch and English, is customer‑oriented, and can work independently. This is a full-time onsite role with rotating shifts in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good English for internal communication.

• Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, evenings and weekends.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.

Responsibilities
