Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. in the Venlo area is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to guide a hands-on team, keep production running smoothly, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will organize daily production, drive targets, coach staff, and collaborate with other departments in a two-shift food industry environment. Fluency in English is required; Polish skills are also needed, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production leadership role, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on and proactive attitude.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Structured and results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Fluent English (minimum B1 level) and Polish are required; Dutch is a plus.
