Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Lead Technician Utilities to ensure the reliable operation of critical utility systems across our manufacturing, warehousing, and offices. You will guide and coach technicians and contractors, coordinate maintenance, and troubleshoot complex issues within a GMP environment.

You’ll work with Facilities & Engineering teams, drive reliability improvements, and participate in on-call rotations to keep systems running smoothly in a modern pharmaceutical facility.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on, practical troubleshooting and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities across utility systems and facility infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to technicians and contractors.
Support troubleshooting of complex utility and facility-related issues.
Work closely with Facilities & Engineering colleagues, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
Drive reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in the on-call rotation supporting critical utility systems.
