Amgen Breda is expanding its Warehouse Operations and seeks a Sr Material Coordinator / Shift Overviewer to lead the PWO picking team and ensure timely material flow to production lines.

You will coach team members, coordinate workloads, and collaborate with CP to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor within a GMP environment. This role requires Dutch and English fluency and a willingness to work rotating shifts.

Competenze

• MBO-level education in a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• More than three years of experience in logistics, operations, or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of SAP, warehouse management systems, and MES.
• Experience in an Overviewer or Team Lead role, including coordinating workloads and tasks.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Willingness and ability to work the required shift schedule.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and carry out the workload of the PWO picking team.
• Coach and mentor team members and support Warehouse Operations management.
• Oversee PWO picking to ensure materials reach production on time.
• Collaborate with CP team to align with production lines and plans.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance on the shop floor.
• Lead PWO/CP team huddles and shift handovers.
