Job summary

Foleon, a leading content creation platform, seeks a content marketer for a 6-month temporary role in Amsterdam. You will drive post-sales engagement across adoption, expansion, and retention, collaborating with Customer Education and Account Management to promote value and ensure success.

Responsibilities include end-to-end campaigns, product-launch communications, and audience-specific messaging across segments and use cases, with a focus on driving adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Content Marketer.
• Experience setting up, monitoring, and reporting on campaigns.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS scale-up.
• Hands-on email marketing and customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run customer marketing campaigns end to end.
• Lead product-launch communications to existing customers.
• Analyse the customer base to build segment- and use-case-specific campaigns.
• Build, segment, and send customer emails (HubSpot or similar).
• Own recurring customer touchpoints and engagement initiatives.
