Job summary

Pentair plc seeks a Site Lean Manager for its Venlo team to drive Lean initiatives across manufacturing and administrative areas. You will align with the Enterprise team, organize training, map value streams, and define goals to sustain improvements year over year.

The role blends strategic planning (50%) with hands-on execution (50%), requiring excellent communication and change leadership in a global setting with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing LEAN Manufacturing principles in a dedicated Lean role in a project/business or manufacturing environment, including TPS/DBS principles.
• Managerial experience; able to read and communicate in country of residence.

Responsibilities

• Align with the Enterprise team to ensure consistency of approach and adoption.
• Organize, plan, and deliver lean training across the organization using standard Pentair collateral.
• Create Value Stream Maps and identify wastes to define future states and sustainment year over year.
• Define measurable SPQDCCP goals and deliverables for Lean activities.
• Build and facilitate multidisciplinary Lean activities with hands-on and strategic balance.
• Implement Lean improvements and sustainment of results; evaluate automation needs.
• Communicate plans, actions, and results to the company (PDCA) and executives.
• Lead or support Kaizen workshops and enterprise-wide Lean events with internal and external partners.
• Contribute to Hoshin Kanri strategy execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote Lean practices throughout the company and suppliers.
• Travel to Pentair locations and Lean exchange events as required.
