Job summary

ModusLink Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Lean Engineer to embed Lean into our DNA across two sites (Venray and Amsterdam). You will drive Lean culture, lead Kaizen events and coach teams in Lean thinking and behavior.

You will analyze processes, implement end-to-end improvements, optimize layouts and costs, and build KPI structures for continuous improvement while collaborating with our global Lean community.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hands-on experience in logistics/operations.
• Ability to drive Lean culture, not just tools.
• Analytical mindset with Excel/Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean culture across Venray and Amsterdam sites.
• Lead Kaizen events and hands-on improvement initiatives.
• Coach teams, supervisors and managers in Lean thinking & behavior.
• Analyze processes and implement end-to-end improvements.
• Optimize layouts, flows, costs and operational performance.
• Build and track KPI structures for continuous improvement.
• Ensure sustainability through standard work and follow-up.
• Collaborate with our global Lean community.
