Pentair plc seeks a Site Lean Manager for its Venlo team to drive Lean initiatives across manufacturing and administrative areas. You will align with the Enterprise team, organize training, map value streams, and define goals to sustain improvements year over year.

Must have advanced knowledge of the Lean tools; Value Stream Mapping, Transactional Process Improvements and Process End-2-End Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Creating Continuous Flow, Root-Cause Problem Solving in production and office environments. Good analytical skills: 6 Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt level with the ability to Project manage would be a plus Demonstrate effective change management skills; Influencing, Communication, Change Management, Stakeholder Management Evidence of effective Coaching / Mentoring, Facilitation, and Presenting Ability to work at all levels of the organization
