Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor for our premium brands, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. You will ensure top-tier customer service, coach staff, and drive sales growth while upholding store standards and loss prevention.

You will bring supervisory experience in luxury brands, strong communication, and a proactive attitude. This role offers a dynamic retail environment with opportunities for growth within PVH’s diverse brands.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience in premium or luxury brands.
• People management experience with the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team in personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
• Communicate daily with staff about their sales goals, KPIs, store results, product sales and other information.
• Hold one-minute meetings at the end of shifts; summarize performance and provide feedback and recognition.
• Execute and model best practices in customer service, store operations, loss prevention and point of sale.
• Achieve company standards for personal sales: sales vs budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Respond to and communicate with the Store Manager on competitors and community information.
• Focus staff on quality relationships with internal and external customers.
• Effectively manage customer complaints in a timely and effective way.
• Analyse store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Perform Manager-on-duty duties including opening/closing and sales floor management.
