Job summary

PVH Corp. is hiring a Sales Associate for our Calvin Klein stores in the Netherlands. You will be the frontline customer contact, delivering exceptional service and expert product knowledge to drive sales and brand loyalty.

You’ll build relationships with customers, recommend outfits and product features, and help achieve store KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment. We seek energetic, authentic team players who thrive on change and operate with initiative to find in-store solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Be a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers.
• Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.
• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organisation issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
