• Must have experience in a management role within the wind industry.
• OGUK/OEUK Medical certification is required.
• Chester Step Test certification is required.

• Technical Operational Safety (TOS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Organise and oversee offshore construction site with a focus on safety, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Plan and allocate resources in alignment with project schedules, including marine operations and environmental factors.
• Coordinate and manage supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Track daily progress to meet contractual performance requirements and resolve issues.

• Organise and oversee offshore construction site with a detail-oriented focus on safety, quality, budget, and timelines
• Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Plan and allocate resources in alignment with project schedules, including marine operations and adjustments due to environmental factors
• Coordinate and manage supervisors. subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth execution
• Track daily progress to meet contractual performance requirements and diligently resolve emerging issues
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the construction phase
• Ensure high-quality construction practices and accurate cost and deliverable planning.
